Makes 3- 4 servings

2lbs Salt cod
1 bunch Brocolli Rabe (roughly chopped)
3 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
5 Large Red Potatoes (quartered)
1/4 Olive Oil
1/4 Red wine Vinegar
1. Soak Salt cod for 2 days in fresh water , changing water every 6 hours or so.
3. Steam Brocolli rabe in microwave till soft
4. Place chopped garlic on a plate
5. Drizzle Virgin olive oil and Red Wine Vinegar on plate
6. Place Cod Potatoes and brocolli rabe on plate
